Our end-to-end quality control process spans the entire production lifecycle. Every electromagnet passes through multiple verification stages before it earns the Jinlu seal of approval.
Raw Material Verification
All incoming materials -- silicon steel laminations, copper wire, coil bobbins, and hardware -- are inspected against material certificates and dimensional specifications before entering the warehouse.
Precision Coil Winding Control
Automated CNC winding machines ensure consistent turn counts and wire tension. In-process checks verify resistance values, insulation integrity, and coil geometry at every production batch.
Magnetic Core Assembly Verification
Steel core components are inspected for surface finish, dimensional tolerances (±0.02mm), and magnetic permeability before assembly. Air gap settings are verified with precision gauges.
Coil Encapsulation & Insulation
Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) with Class F or H epoxy resin ensures complete void-free encapsulation. Curing parameters are monitored and logged for every batch.
100% Electrical Parameter Testing
Every single unit undergoes 100% electrical testing -- coil resistance, inductance, hi-pot (dielectric withstand), insulation resistance, and current draw verification against specification limits.
Magnetic Force & Performance Validation
Pull force, stroke, duty cycle, and thermal performance are validated against customer specifications. Units operating outside tolerance bands are quarantined and root-cause analyzed.

Dimensional Tolerance
Critical dimensions held to ±0.02mm. General tolerances per ISO 2768-m. All key dimensions 100% inspected on CMM for precision-grade products.
Coil Resistance Tolerance
DC resistance measured at 20°C ±2°C. Standard tolerance ±5%, precision grade ±3%. 100% units tested with calibrated LCR meters traceable to national standards.
Dielectric Withstand
Hi-pot test at 1500V AC for 1 second on 100% of units. No breakdown or flashover permitted. Insulation resistance ≥100MΩ at 500V DC per IEC 60085.
Temperature Rise Limit
Insulation Class F (155°C) standard, Class H (180°C) available. Thermal testing per IEC 60085. Temperature rise monitored during continuous duty cycle validation.
Pull Force Tolerance
Magnetic pull force verified within ±10% of rated specification at nominal voltage. Force measured with calibrated load cells. Sampling per AQL 1.0 for standard grades.
Outgoing AQL Standard
Final outgoing inspection follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling plan at AQL 1.0 for critical defects. Zero tolerance for safety-related non-conformances. Full traceability maintained.
